Nik has extensive experience in the IT Industry, specialising in mail routing and migration projects. Nik's emphasis is on creating and developing relationships with customers and suppliers in order to bring the best solutions to the DHM Group's client base.

Co-Founder of Rock IT and Datasafe, Lucas is responsible for the internal operations of all DHM companies and is project manager for all Rock IT projects. Lucas is the Chief Systems Engineer of the DHM Group and oversees all internal and external technical projects. Lucas' focus is on streamlining internal processes to ensure efficient project delivery across all DHM Group projects.

Founder of New McPherson, James is responsible for creative deliverables for all DHM Group companies. James' professional life began editing regional newspapers before he jumped the fence into marketing, delivering high quality digital content for London's Evening Standard and the Daily Mail. He has since built New McPherson into a leading digital agency developing high-quality video productions for a raft of blue chip Australian companies. James sits on the Program Advisory Committee for Swinburne School of Film and Television.
